Upon placement, every account is scrubbed to identify bankruptcy, death, litigiousness, and cell phone. Throughout our strategy, accounts may be sent for additional scrubs to assist with further efforts.
Every account is sent through batch skip tracing to determine location information as well as resources and propensity to pay. Agents also perform skip efforts on an as-needed basis.
Our letter series was created to maximize contact efforts and the overall impact of mail communication. Customers will receive validation notification along with carefully timed correspondences to emphasize the importance of account resolution.
All customer contacts are timed to generate the highest probability of contact. Agents are carefully trained on scripts to provide customers with accurate information, uniform messaging and various resolution options.
Agents work diligently to assist customers with creating an account resolution plan that fits within their financial means. All payment plans are carefully documented and Agents will assist with follow-ups as needed.
After efforts have been exhausted, accounts may be identified as candidates for litigation. Our internal Legal Team will make every effort to secure judgment and execute on behalf of our clients.
