The Client Relations Team is dedicated to consistently improve the client experience at CBI. They act as the liaison between our clients and the rest of the CBI team.
Our support driven approach dedicates support team members to every client. Their sole function is to ensure that each and every client is provided with a full-service customer experience.
The mission of our Annual Advisory Council is to provide a forum in which our client base can convey to CBI the partnership strengths, issues, and areas of opportunity, that enable us to improve upon our services. Through a Client Annual Review, the Client Relations team is to communicate performance, upcoming service improvements, investments in technology, and future events in which we will be participating. Additionally, there is also opportunity for our clients to discuss potential desired service offerings for the future.
